“Ring toss” game board

On the game board there are 7 wooden round pins 12cm long with hooks painted in bright colors. Kit also includes 7 elastic rings with the balls put through them. Balls and Pins correspond to colors of each other. The board is decorated with an image of a dexterous cheerful magician.

Game objective is to toss a ring with a ball onto a pin of the same color the ball has.

Games and activities based on the ring toss game stimulate the ability to distinguish between colors, strengthen all groups of muscles and joints, especially the muscles of the arm and hand, wrist joint. It also trains recollection, attentiveness, eye, dexterity as well as the ability to gauge the distances. In a group play, it develops the ability to wait for own turn, take interests of other participants into account and enjoy the achievements of others.

Children under 4 are invited to toss a ring onto any pin from a distance of 1-2 steps. 4-5 yers old children should consider colors correspondence and take 4-6 steps back.
